Day 24 (7/21/16)

We started off the day at the bank. We are going to see if they will start the account process with electronic copies and finalize it when we get the originals in the post (aka mail).  They agreed!! Woo Hoo! One step in the right directions. So after an hour and 15 minutes at the bank we completed as much as possible until the original documents arrive. So happy to finally make some progress.

Wish my nails were always this long. One of the benefits
of hotel living, no housework to break them. :)
Then Annette and I headed to a friend's house for girls day which included lunch and doing our nails with Jamberry wraps.  If you haven't heard of them or tried them I recommend them.  They are a heat activated nail vinyl that lasts much better than traditional polish and is much less damaging than acrylics. It was fun and relaxing.

For dinner we ate at The Jack Rabbit. I had the slow-cooked ham hock with spring onion mash and peas. It was delicious. I will definitely order it again. Although once we get into our house it will be awhile before we eat out again. We are ready for some home cooked meals.
